Admin Assistant Workshop Store

Short summary:
The main task of this position is to assist the Store Supervisor with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the issue of orders and follow up
• Assist with the capture of receiving documentation (GRN)
• Liaison with creditors regarding all documentation and the coordination thereof
• Ensure that all credit notes are received.
• Ensure all documentation packs are complete and filed correctly
• Daily coordination with all departments regarding outstanding documentation
• Daily reporting on outstanding orders and documentation
• Ensuring that all documentation is finalized and complete on SAP, including GRN’s (goods received notes and goods return) and reaches creditors on a daily basis
• Assist Store Supervisor with discrepancies on documentation and queries lodged from the finance department
• Ensure that courier slips get added to the correct documentation and reach the creditors department on a daily basis

Key Competencies:
Education and skills
• National Senior Certificate
• Relevant accounting qualification will be to the advantage of the applicant
• Literate in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate (Excel, Word)

Experience
• 1 Year relevant experience would be to the applicant’s advantage
• SAP experience will be advantageous
